JUST FOR TODAY my thoughts will be on my recovery, living & enjoying life without the use of cigarettes.

JUST FOR TODAY I will have faith in someone at the Q who believes in me & wants to help me in my recovery.

JUST FOR TODAY I will have a plan. I will try to follow it to the best of my ability.

JUST FOR TODAY through the Q I will try to get a better perspective on my life.

JUST FOR TODAY I will be unafraid, my thoughts will be on my new associations, people who are not using and who have found a new way in life. So long as I follow the way, I have nothing to fear.

JUST FOR TODAY I will have the ultimate faith in my conviction to never smoke another cigarette.

JUST FOR TODAY I will maintain a positive attitude about my choice to be a ex-smoker.

JUST FOR TODAY I will keep my sense of humor.

JUST FOR TODAY I will take time to enjoy how much better I feel both physically and mentally.
